Healing the Planet
I would love to share this guided meditation with you. I call it Healing the Planet.
It’s actually part of another one I did, but this portion of it is so perfect for all the challenges our world is experiencing right now.
I think what really makes this meditation different is the idea of exuding love, as opposed to sending healing or sending energy or doing something. We have moved beyond doing, and are evolving into understanding the importance of being. When we are loving compassion, that heals everything. And being loving compassion heals all things better than our unintended intentions do that get put into the mix when we ‘send’ something.
I have found through this meditation that many aspects of me are healed, and so many additional aspects of the planet. The planet is after all, a reflection of each of us.

It was interesting I intuitively held up my hands to hold Mother Earth moments before you asked us to. I have been holding prayer groups to help those people who have been in the path of hurricanes and also the fires that are raging in western Canada and have been for over a month. Mother Earth is being destroyed and it saddens me so. Anything we can do to help I’m sure she appreciates. In gratitude and love. Israurlei
